How we recruit our drivers
Our drivers are the backbone of our performance, so we recruit them through a structured, multi-stage programme.

Screening
Only drivers with a minimum of 5 years of heavy-vehicle experience are considered.

Verification
Licences, work history and references are cross-checked with previous employers.

Practical assessment
Each candidate completes a driving and vehicle-handling test before hiring.

Medical fitness
Full health check-ups at approved clinics, with a doctor's certificate.

Induction and training
Defensive driving training and a site safety induction.

Ongoing review
Drivers are continuously monitored and rated on performance.
Many of our drivers have worked with Q-companies and are used to the highest HSE standards.
